My organization already has a wide user database. Do I have to invite all users myself?

No, you do not have to. Contact us at support@samelane.com and we can help you by importing users’ data from your organization’s database. 

I already have SCORM files created for learning purposes in my organization. Can I upload them directly to the Samelane platform?

Yes, you can upload SCORM packages directly to the platform. To do so, create a course and add the SCORM package to it. Our platform supports SCORM 1.2 and 2004 standards.

Can I join a webinar after it started?

Yes, users can join any time during the webinar, but remember that your attendance is checked by administrators – being late may not pay.

I was not able to attend the webinar, can I watch it later?

It depends if the webinar has been recorded. If it was, you can watch the recording as a part of the course.

I added an event to the course I created, but I need to change the date of the event. Will attendees be informed about the change?

Yes, once you edit the date or the time of an event, users assigned to it will receive an email notification about the changes.

I have a problem with one of the platform’s functionalities. Is there anyone I can speak to about it?
